WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER?
- If we didn't manage to give you the best customers experience, you can always request a refund and we will give you your money back within 7 business days. Make sure that 7 days haven't passed by since you received your product otherwise you won't be eligible for a refund. The same rule applies to exchange items.

HOW DO I CHOOSE DOG COLLAR SIZE FOR MY DOG?
-The best way to measure your dog's neck is to use a cloth or string tape. Wrap it snugly around his neck where the collar will sit, then loosen tape a little for the breathing room. Where the tape crosses, here is your measurement. If you are measuring your dog with a string, wrap the string around your dog's neck where the collar will sit. Leave a little room for breathing and compare the measurement to the tape measure. The other way is to measure your dog's current collar. Lay it down against a yardstick or a tape measure and measure when the material starts to the current adjustment of the collar.
